Experience

Mr. Waddell concentrates his practice on business and commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts with an emphasis in banking, probate and real estate litigation. Mr. Waddell has represented a wide variety of business and individuals including Fortune 500 companies, commercial landlords, banking and financial institutions, and software development companies. Prior to joining Vincent & Moyé, P.C., Mr. Waddell served as an associate at Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox, L.L.P.

Education

Mr. Waddell received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from the Baylor University in 2000. He attended Baylor University School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review prior to earning his law degree in 2003. Mr. Waddell then obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from Southern Methodist University School of Law where he served as a research assistant to Professor Henry J. Lischer, Jr.
