Mr. Vincent is co-managing shareholder of Vincent / Moyé, P.C. He is primarily engaged in a business litigation practice with an emphasis in real estate and banking litigation. Mark has represented clients throughout the state of Texas and has lectured on many topics at various client and CLE functions. He was head of the business litigation section at his former firm overseeing 20+ lawyers. He has experience in all facets of real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes, option agreements, and purchase and sale agreements. He is engaged in creditor related litigation throughout the State of Texas. Mr. Vincent has:

• represented numerous developers and tenants in a variety of capacities
• handled various litigation matters involving banks and individuals regarding various contractual disputes and collection of debts

Professional Information

Mr. Vincent is a member of the Dallas and American Bar Associations, the State Bar of Texas, and the Dallas Young Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice law in all Texas courts, along with the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
