Experience

A former State District Judge appointed by Gov. Ann Richards, Eric V. Moyé concentrates his practice in the representation of clients in the full range of commercial litigation matters. Judge Moyé has, during the years of his practice and tenure on the Bench, involved himself in the resolution of all manner of contract disputes, labor-related issues, wrongful termination, construction, and securities litigation in a myriad of business contexts. As a Judge, he has presided over more than a thousand cases, having conducted countless hearings, bench and jury trials.

He has taught at Southern Methodist University, and currently serves on the Guest Faculty of the Trial Advocacy Workshop at Harvard Law School.
