Experience

Ms. Howard concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and school law. Ms. Howard's experience includes representation of clients in a broad range of general and complex business matters including class actions, breach of commercial contract actions, antitrust actions, and qui tam actions. Additionally, Ms. Howard served as a Lawyer on Loan to the Dallas District Attorney's office, where she prosecuted misdemeanor cases before Dallas County juries.

Professional Honors and Activities

Ms. Howard is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association, and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She is admitted to practice before all Texas state and federal courts and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
