Experience

Ms. Kim concentrates her practice on commercial litigation and school law matters in both federal and state courts. Ms. Kim has represented business and individual clients throughout the State of Texas in a broad range of general and complex business litigation through trial, including breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty matters, business torts, construction and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.

Professional Honors and Activities

Ms. Kim is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Asian American Bar Association and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. She co-chairs the Law Student Assistance Committee of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and was selected as DAYL's "One To Watch" for May 2008. Ms. Kim is also a member of DAYL's 2008 Leadership Class. She also serves as a Director on the Board of the Dallas Asian American Bar Association.
